Windows and Startup

1. Change the default width, height, and location of the igloo home window.

2. Change what the name of the sender comes through to the warper as.

3. Change the default startup mode between run mode or edit mode.

4. Change the timeout time in case an application takes longer than 60 seconds to startup.

5. Change the icon, font and database used.
