In order to maintain an active connection between an Igloo Remote device and an IMP/Igloo Media server, TouchOSC needs to be configured to send to the correct IP address, and to send and listen on the correct ports. This guide will cover how.
Finding the IP address of the media server via Command Line
Press the Windows key on the keyboard, or press the windows button at the edge of the taskbar
Type cmd, and click on Command Prompt
In the window that opens, type ipconfig and press enter
The row entitled IPv4 Address contains your server’s IP address

The following section uses the Android version of the application as an example. The ios version may differ slightly.
The settings page presents as a set of clickable menu choices, labeled OSC, TouchOSC Bridge, Layout, Options and About
Selecting OSC allows configuration of the network settings.
