Please note that real-time/game engine content requires the relevant version of Igloo Realtime installed and configured. This article will assume the user has compatible content

Unity and Unreal content

Unity and Unreal are two of the largest game engines in the world, and both have publicly available editors making them an excellent choice for interactive, immersive 3D environments.

Unity and Unreal content are classified as External inputs - this means Igloo Vision doesn’t have any control of the “look and feel” of the application. This article will cover the most common cases via the Igloo Explorer Unity application but custom-built content may behave slightly differently

File structure:

This type of content is more than just a single file, and typically will have a full tree structure for all the required files.

The executable we want to run is typically the file with the name of the project, and the Application file type.

Create a shortcut for the application and pin it to the taskbar for easy access to frequently used External Inputs!

Double click on that file and the application will open:

To display the application in Igloo Warper, the external application input must be selected from the Igloo Warper (Layers → External Application Inputs → Select the input → Enabled):

Or Igloo Remote interface (External → Select Input → Enabled):
