Igloo Cast Operational guide
Igloo Cast and any supporting Igloo Core Software releases are still in development. Anybody with early access to these builds should be aware that these builds may be unstable and may include some untested functionality. Please only install under guidance from an Igloo representative.

Function:
Igloo Cast is a tool that provides users with an Igloo Vision developed alternative to NDI for casting a remote desktop to an Igloo Canvas.
For the purpose this guide, Igloo cast will be on the local machine.
Ensure Igloo Warper, Control and Capture are open on the target machine
Open Igloo Cast is open on the casting machine and the casting machine is on the same network as the target machine
Open the Connection tab of Igloo Cast
Enter the IP address of the target machine in the Receiver IP address bar, and select add.
The address should appear under Output addresses. Press Connect. There should be a green light and connected status message in the top left
Open the Capture tab of Igloo Cast:
Select the API to use for the capturing. WGC is the default. Press Start Capture
Select either a window or a full display to capture.
Press OK. This should create a channel in Igloo Capture with the specified region of interest. There should be a green light and Capture ON status message in the top left.
Open the Control tab in Igloo Cast
Press Show to enable the capture channel on the warper canvas. Use the x,y grid to change it’s position, and make use of the scaling options to change it’s size to taste.
