Crash on stop play in Unreal

 Problem

The Unreal editor, or the built program, crashes when closed or the editor preview is stopped.

 Solution

Open the Igloo360CameraRig blueprint

  1. Find the Event End Play node

  2. Join the exec output of that node, to the close Spout function

  3. Save and close the blueprint.

  4. Check that the problem no longer exists, by pressing Play and then Stop.

 

The reason this node is left disconnected, is due to the intermittent nature of this error. We believe it depends on the lighting method used.
