First Time Setup

This guide assumes an Igloo Technician has set up the necessary software on your media server

  1. Ensure your iOS/Android device is running the latest version of Igloo Touch from the App Store/Google Play Store

  2. Connect your iOS/Android device to a network that can access the Media Server

  3. Open Igloo Touch & Navigate to the Main Settings Page

  4. Enter the Media Server’s IP within the IP field. If you are unsure, this guide outlines how to get the IP address of the Media Server

  5. Navigate back to Igloo Touch, open the controller tab.

  6. In the main Igloo Warper software on the Media Server, navigate to the Config>Controller menu. Ensure that IGLOO_REMOTE is selected under Type, and that the Gyro Euler values at the bottom are changing as you move your iOS/Android device around.
