The ICE workspace is a fundamental component of ICE, which consists of one or more layers and workspace properties that dictate how ICE behaves when that workspace is in use. The current workspace name is displayed in the toolbar.
Workspace Properties
The Workspace Properties window can be accessed by selecting Workspace → Properties from the main menu bar. It contains settings that apply to the current workspace and not to ICE as a whole. Changes made in this window will only affect the current workspace and not other workspaces.
Saving and Loading
Workspaces can be loaded and saved via the Workspace menu. A workspace can also be configured to load on startup by selecting Workspace → Set as Start-up workspace.
