Controls when using a Headset

General Interactions

  1. On first entry you should see a blank 6m Cylinder, this is our most popular structure and serves as a good starting point.

Content

The blank screen is just because no content is playing. When there is content playing you will be able to see it.

  1. To change to a different Igloo structure, you will need to move around the room. To do this, look at your controller, it will indicate the correct button to press to teleport around the room.
Press and hold this button to create a teleport "jump", then let go to "jump" to the highlighted location.

Move towards a wall of pictures, which will illustrate each structure you can visualize. Move close and adjascent to a picture and hold out your controller until it the button turns yellow, then click the rear trigger on the controller to select that Igloo structure.
  2. You can also navigate further around the room to survey the entire Igloo structure, you are able to teleport to various locations, and even onto the 2nd floor within the room.

You can get a good view of your selected igloo structure from the 2nd floor!
  3. To play some content within the dome, navigate to the Input Selection board, near the wall of Igloos.

Spout inputs are Green, and the Warper Canvas is the Igloo Warper system. So to play your own content please select this.

NDI inputs are Blue, and can be pulled from anywhere on the local network. To test this functionality, download NDI Tools from this LINK and run the Test Patterns application.
You will see the name of your desktop appear after a few short seconds, as a blue button.

Sometimes it does take between 5-10 seconds to both refresh the inputs list, and also set the active input. This is due to the program swapping plugins behind the scenes.
