Videos and image content:

Video content and images should be stored in a pre-set media folder. The default folder is found in C:\igloo\content but new media folders can be added from the Igloo Warper application:

Clips in valid media folders should then be added to Igloo Control. Open a file explorer window and find your media folder, then drag and drop a piece of content to a slot on Igloo Control.

Then click on the file in the clip bank to play the video and playback should begin

Accepted file formats and codecs:

Igloo Warper accepts most commonly used file types but for best performance the following are recommended:

Videos:

  • Video Codec - HAP or HAP-Q

  • Audio Codec - AAC

  • File Format - Quicktime (.mov)

Images:

File Format - JPEG or PNG
