Turning on the system:

  • Power both the IMP, and the video conferencing PC

    • Igloo Device Control, Igloo Canvas Receiver and Microsoft Teams will open on the VC PC by default

  • Using Igloo Device control, power the projectors. This can be done through the system tray by right clicking on the IglooDC icon - the following context menu will appear

  • Selecting Turn on Projectors should power all projectors in the space.

Starting the video Call

  • Open and if required, log in to teams.

  • Join a meeting, or make a direct call, just as you would with a regular system

  • Ensure the device settings are as follows:

    • Speakers (2-Dante USB I/O Module)

    • Microphone (Dante USB Receive (2-Dante USB I/O Module)

  • And that’s it. Enjoy the call!

Casting the call to the Warper Canvas:

Casting the call is achieved using Igloo Control panel, in the Meeting tab:

The Show Call and Hide call buttons on this page can be used to dynamically show and hide the call during a presentation

Sharing elements of the Warper canvas with call participants:

Using the Share Screen button on the meeting tab will display a red outline on the Warper Canvas, outlining an area that can be shared with other remote participants.
