Controls when using a Headset

General Interactions

  1. On first entry you should see a blank 6m Cylinder, this is our most popular structure and serves as a good landing point.

  2. From here you can select which dome you would like to view, by moving (or teleporting) close to it, and interacting with it using the highlighted button on your controller.

  3. To play the next piece of content, Grip your Left Controller to make a fist. This will bring up the following menu. You can then interact with it using your right hand. Similar to how an artist would use a paint palette.
  4. From here you can also flip the menu over, to view the piece of content you are currently playing. There is a small bug in the system, and if you are playing the last thing on the list, it doesn’t turn yellow

  5. You can now Teleport out and switch between domes, whilst watching the same piece of content to see how it looks in each structure.
Some structures aren't available yet as they are not 3D modeled fully.

    Content

The black walls are just because no content is playing. If there is some content playing you would be able to see it.

  2. To change the igloo to a different igloo, navigate outside the igloo structure, and look for the wall of pictures. You can then click on and select the igloo structure you would like to view in the show room.
  3. You can also roam around the room, to get a better idea of the structure, and its dimensions.
  4. If you trigger a clip using the Igloo Control application, you will then be able to see it inside the structure.

Keyboard Shortcuts

To help with development, and instances where you may not be using an Oculus rift, or HTC Vive, we have created a debug mode where you can use the following keyboard commands, as well as your mouse, to move and interact with the IglooShowroom program.
In addition to this guide, these commands are displayed in the active game window.
