Igloo Control Panel Configuration

Igloo Control Panel receives all of its general configuration from the media server it connects to - that is, the visible tabs and apps are all defined by Igloo Core Service rather than Igloo Control Panel itself.

Control Panel’s primary concern is connecting to these media servers, which generally is done via mDNS/Bonjour discovery of Igloo Core Services running on its network. There are some platform-specific configuration options that are useful if issues arise with this discovery process.

iOS

Relevant settings are handled in the iOS Settings app.

Target IP address

Defines a default IP address to connect to.

Enable client selection

Defines whether the “Settings” tab should be visible in the application.
