Effects can be added to any Layer and will change how the output looks. Multiple effects can be added to create an Effects Chain, their order in the chain will affect how the final output looks.
Once an effect has been added, it’s parameters can be adjusted by selecting it from the effects chain.
An effect can be removed from the chain by right-clicking it and selecting ‘remove'.
Effects can be reordered within the chain using the up/down arrow buttons.
