You can record your session in a video file and take screenshots.
To set it up go to Workspace->Canvas Share and open the Record tab.
Output and filename needs to be pointing to a valid folder with a valid filename.
Format changes the codec of the video, codecs available are Hap for high-quality, large files, and H.265 and H.264 for smaller-sized files.
Scale changes the output scale of the video, a loss of quality will occur if the scale is lower than 1.0.
Frame rate sets the target frame rate that the recording will try to achieve.
Canvas Region here you can specify an area of the workspace to capture instead of the whole canvas.
Screenshots need a valid path in order to work.
Screenshot types are either .png or .jpg
