Integration
An Igloo-compatible build of BaselineZ is available on request from the BaselineZ team (support@baselinez.com).
The integration is developed by the BaselineZ development team with support from the Igloo application integration team and the Igloo Unity Plugin.
A Getting Started guide is provided by the BaselineZ team:
Settings
Here are the settings to apply when creating a BaselineZ session:
Layer type: Spout
Spout sender name: IglooUnity

Startup
When BaselineZ starts up, it is necessary to Login with your username and password, or use the Explore option on the startup screen.
The Explore option displays a number of sample projects to choose from:
The 3D Stories feature is a powerful presentation tool which combines slides, animations and 3D data. The view in the scene can be changed while the presentation is running. The Welcome Tour is an example 3D Story.
Navigation
BaselineZ has an on-canvas user interface which can be controlled from Igloo Control Panel or a Game Controller.
From the console you can use keyboard control WASD to move forward, left, back, right.
Use the Game Controller tab in Igloo Control Panel to move around in the scene. If available, this will utilise the gyro mechanism to adjust the cursor position. Use the joystick to navigate around the scene. Direct the cursor at an object or a floating menu item and press B to select it. There is a mode selection using the A, X and Y buttons. Toggle each mode on and off using the appropriate button: A (pan mode), X (scale mode) and Y (rotation mode) and use the joystick to adjust the pan, scale and rotation values.
See the Getting Started guide for more detailed navigation info.
