Tablet/Ipad uses the Touch OSC application which communicates through wireless networks using the OSC protocol to control Igloo Applications running on an Igloo Media ServerIgloo utilises the third-party application TouchOSC (Developed by Hexler) to control the various Igloo applications over the OSC messaging protocol. Adding new/updated TouchOSC layouts will need to be synced from the media server for layout updates. Please allow UDP 8000-8020, 9000-9020, 10000 inbound \ outbound connection in the firewall settings. Make sure two way communication is possible for Ipad remote devices to be able to send and receive OSC messages from media server.
