In this tab, we’ll configure the eye position, and specify the dimensions of the screen. All of these values are relative, but using actual measurements will work too.Image Removed

  • Eye position: 0,0,0 is the default set of values, and indicates the exact centre of the space. This should be sufficient for most installs but can be edited if required. Notice in the following picture, the image has shifted up, with some of the content from a floor panel now in display:

  • The Left, Front, Right, Back, Top and Bottom check boxes are going to allow us to define which regions are being projected onto. In this example we’re doing a 3m cube, so will select Left, Front, Right and Back, although Bottom could be added if floor projection is specified, and Top could be added if ceiling projection is specified.

  • Width, Depth and Height are asking for measurements of the projection screen - for width and depth this is likely to be the same as the structure, but screen heights can vary based on the projectors in use and height in the room. For this example we’ll assume a 2m screen height.

Each viewer can also be edited to increase the number of projectors. To add a second projector to the left viewer, for instance, we’d change the number of columns to 2:

Export

Allows the exporting of the files generated. Export will produce the TruePerspective.xml which should be placed in the Igloo Capture and IglooWeb folders, and will also produce the AppSettings.xml and the test image.
