Initial Setup
Unzip the folder structure to somewhere accessible, like your desktop.
Run the IglooShowroomSetup.exe file, and follow through the installation wizard.
Half way through the installation, the system will start installing a program called Igloo Warper which is required to view your own content. Follow this installation wizard too.
On completion you will be asked if you would like to run the Igloo Warper, and Igloo Showroom programs, please run them.
Igloo Warper will look like the picture below,If your warper does not look like this, please follow the below instructions. Otherwise, skip ahead to point 5
Close the warper, and navigate to the following path: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Igloo Vision\IglooWarper
Open GuiSettings.xml
Edit the line: <showGUI>0</showGUI> to <showGUI>1</showGUI>
Restart the warper, it should now show the GUI window.
To view any of your own content, it will need to be placed in a specific folder for the warper to see it. Installing the warper should have created this folder for you, however if it has not please make sure you have the following folder structure on your C:/ drive.
Place all of your HAP encoded movies in this content folder, and the Igloo Warper will pick them up and be able to play them.To play content in the igloo warper, click Media Files from the GUI, and then select the content you wish to play. It will autoplay when selected, and can be controlled by the options on the Play dropdown menu.
To ensure that Igloo Virtual can see the warper, we need to activate the Spout Sender within the Warper GUI. Ensure that your spout sender is active, buy clicking Output > Senders > Spout, and checking it so it's green. When active it should look like the picture below.
You are now ready to use Igloo Showroom, you can now put on your HMD.
