Content The content folder (C:\igloo\content) contains media content and access is accessed by Igloo software, this folder should have permission of read and write to permissions for all the users
Instructions
The following are steps show how to give read / write access to users and groups to read and write permission of the content folder for all users.
Go to the directory of the Igloo from the root directory Browse to C:\Igloo and right-click on the content folder.Content > Properties
Select the Security tab > click on Edit button
In Security the permissions for content pop-up window, add users/ groups that you want to give access to read and write to this folderThen mark all of the check-boxes of column name ‘ Allow’ >full control> Modify > read & execute.highlight Users
Tick the boxes for Full control and Modify
Click on Apply Button after making the changes, then then click the okay button
